Tool & Prototype Development
Once the product concept is defined, next step is tooling development. Using specialised tooling partners & in-house expertise ensure moulds are designed for precision, durable, repeatable production.

Precision tooling is the backbone of injection moulding. With careful testing & refinement, the final component performs exactly as intended before full production begins.
Injection Moulding Production
With tooling ready, production moves into injection moulding. Precimax operates 19 moulding machines ranging from 100 to 850 tonne capacity, allowing us to manufacture components across a wide range of sizes and complexities.
